About Us
Our Mission, Journey & Expertise
I’m Rebecca—a teacher, mum, and lifelong book lover. I’ve worked in primary schools since the age of 18, starting as a teaching assistant, later qualifying as a teacher, and eventually becoming an assistant headteacher. In 2025, I launched Tots and Tales to spark a love of books and build language skills through playful, research-backed activities.
As a parent of two, I’ve seen first-hand how early reading nurtures learning, strengthens bonds, and brings joy. This programme—developed in collaboration with an EYFS specialist—is designed to support toddlers’ developmental needs in a tech-filled world, helping little ones and their families connect through the magic of stories.
