Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tots and Tales Ltd, we aim to provide enjoyable and consistent toddler classes. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Class Bookings
- All bookings are final.
- No refunds are given for missed sessions or cancellations made by the customer.
- If we cancel a class (e.g. due to illness or venue closure), we will offer either a replacement class or a refund.
Taster Sessions
- One taster session per child is permitted and must be pre-booked.
- Taster sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Booking a taster does not guarantee availability in future blocks.
Illness or Absence
- We understand children get unwell, but unfortunately we cannot offer credits, refunds, or catch-up sessions for illness or absence.
Minimum Attendance
- We reserve the right to cancel a block if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, full refunds will be issued.
