Tots and Tales Ltd is a UK-registered company offering toddler classes for pre-school age children. All sessions are held in person at our designated venues.
## 2. Booking and Payment
– Classes are sold in **block bookings** (e.g. 6-week terms).
– Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
– All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
## 3. Taster Sessions
– We offer **one taster session per child**, subject to availability.
– Taster sessions must be booked in advance and are non-transferable.
– Attending a taster session does not guarantee a place in the full block.
## 4. Cancellation and Missed Sessions
– Once a block booking is confirmed, **no refunds** will be issued.
– If your child is unable to attend a session, we regret that we cannot offer replacements, credits, or transfers.
– Tots and Tales Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class (e.g. due to staff illness or venue issues). In such cases, we will attempt to offer a makeup session or refund.
## 5. Health & Safety
– Parents or carers are responsible for the supervision and safety of their child at all times during the session.
– Children showing signs of illness (e.g. fever, vomiting) should not attend for the wellbeing of others.
## 6. Liability
– Tots and Tales Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
– Participation is at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that your child is fit and able to participate.

– All content on this website, including logos, photos, and class materials, is the property of Tots and Tales Ltd. It must not be copied or reused without permission.
